E-MAIL RULES

1.) Send one E-Mail at a time (i.e. wait for us to reply before
    sending the second.

2.) Use the following procedure for support related E-Mail.


SUPPORT E-MAIL

When sending us support related E-Mail, please run the SUPPORT SCRIPT
and attach the results to your email for each system on the grid that
you are having trouble with. Here is how to use the SUPPORT SCRIPT:

1.) Download the SUPPORT SCRIPT from our web site and place it in the
    directory "/home/grid". Make sure that your browser does not
    change the file name, it should be "support.sh" and lower case.

2.) Login as grid and type "sh support.sh > support.txt" and ignore
    any errors.

3.) Attach the file "support.txt" to your E-Mail to us.
